What each engagement includes, how it works, and what we can and can’t promise. Plain language, so there’s no ambiguity once we start.
What’s included
- Baseline (free): a diagnostic read of your current résumé against machine screening — no cost, no obligation.
- Core ($350): commercial and federal/USAJOBS optimized résumés, baseline and optimized Data/ATS/AI analysis, qualification analysis, and the roles you actually qualify for.
- Flagship ($550): everything in Core, plus a target-employer market, live-opportunity matching, employer-fit prioritization, geographic targeting, a 30/60/90-day plan, recruiter outreach strategy, and placement recommendations.
Turnaround
Standard delivery: Core within 5 business days, Flagship within 7. Rush 24-hour delivery is available as an add-on (+$95).
Revisions
one round of revisions included, requested within 14 days of delivery.
Payment
payment is due at final delivery, payment via stripe please.
“Pay when you land” (hardship)
A limited number of pay-when-you-land slots are held open each month, first and foremost for veterans transitioning without a role lined up. You begin the full engagement now and pay when you land. please request, resumedecoded.com will work with you.
Cancellations & refunds
full refund before work begins; once drafting has started, fees are earned for work completed.
What we don’t promise
We don’t guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your experience, the market, and employer decisions among them. Our work improves how your experience is presented and found; it can’t guarantee a result.
