Plain-English version of what happens to the résumé and details you send us — who sees them, where they live, and how long we keep them.

What you send us

Your résumé and any documents you choose to share, plus the contact details you enter on our intake form.

How it reaches us

Our intake form is powered by Tally, a third-party form provider. Tally stores submissions on its systems and encrypts them in transit and at rest. Your materials pass through Tally on their way to us.

Who sees it

Your materials are reviewed by Wayne Wheeles at resume:decoded. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

AI-assisted processing

Our work is human-led and AI-assisted — we use AI tools to help analyze and optimize your materials. We do not permit your materials to be used to train third-party AI models.

How long we keep it

We remove your materials within 7 days — both our working copies and the submissions held by our form provider, including its trash.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your materials at any time. Email wayne@resumedecoded.com and we’ll confirm when it’s done.
